Youtube channel - Any tactics / ideas?

Hi guys, I'm new here. I dont have many people to ask this so I hope some one can help me about it. A close relative of mine started a Youtube channel about kid videos. Barbies, play time videos n stuff. I was doing all the work with PC (editing, publishing etc) cuz they are bad at it (they even offered me %50 if channel starts making money, cuz they cant afford to pay me right now...). But after like 10-15 videos, there isn't really any movement on the channel even the I think quality is very great. Like I love researching, so before starting this I look all the stuff about other big channels like this, they started very low quality then they become good. Like zero to ten. This people started from like 5-6 but nothing is happening.. It is so sad actually. I want to help them but I dont know what to do, if it was a gaming channel or something I would have just ask some streamers I know to talk about them maybe make it viral or anything but this is just barbies you know. How could anyone boost a barbie video..? There are some channels that cat 100M views in a week for a stupid barbie video how is this happening..? Can someone maybe help or brainstorm with me..? :/
