Basically I have created fresh New York PayPal and eBay. I waited about a month before putting listings. I put about 1000$ of items on sale and after like a week my account got suspended permanently without any warnings or things like that even though I had documents ready to verify PayPal if I needed to do so. I always used TMAC, VPN and vip72 socks on top of it, always cookies cleaned. I'm wondering if that could be because of other people using my ip to login to their account too? Maybe they didn't like my user agent, which I didn't even change... Did anyone experience shit like that? Here is the email:
