WTB any AutoPilot earning working method

Hello Guys.As tittle says im interested in any method that can provide me some money on autopilot mode...since its autopilot i know profit may not much but still anything i would be interested..i need autopilot because of some health issues i need to be in n around hospital and doctors most of the time..im trying to earn some money for my condition and willing to pay if someone is trusted and can provide me something good and maybe some support..i would be thankfull.thanks in advance n have a good day guys
