It's like the anthology series "Channel Zero" if David Cronenberg made it instead in the late-1970s or 1980s LOL.
It's set in L.A. in 1990. Salazar is a young filmmaker who comes to L.A. She made a short film and ends up through a few circumstances to sign with a producer to direct a feature-length version of that short film. Then stuff happens...
It's a great revenge story. Salazar somehow stays relatively grounded in the craziness and the horror and satire. Plus there are lots of kittens :-)
