Worst possible 1v1 situation?

So my friend randomly asked me what would be the hardest matchup in a 1v1 situation and why. I thought of some general ones like: Morg V Leona Lucian V Jinx (maybe not so much after the nerf) Urgot/Leo/Morg V Yasuo Cait V Urgot Cait V Singed I don't really know, as an adc/supp main i'm not too great with 1v1 matchups.. but I have a feeling it's something involved with Yasuo and or Urgot. I guess my thoughts have been more around kill potential, but you have winning by cs/tower to think about too. My friend thinks Kennen V Singed would be the easiest. What do you guys think?
