Ok guys, really simple. No downloads required, and it will take less than 2 mins.
Open the hosts file in C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and delete everything below the #. After that right click the file (in explorer) and go into properties. Set it to "Read-Only" at the bottom of that window, and that's it fixed
