Why is this game so hard to get into?

I have a bit over 1000h in siege and although i do admit that they are very different games, I'm struggling to have a postive k/d in any game, or any kills at all. I move with my team and always make sure to cover flanks etc... but am constantly bet in gun fights or 1v2ed. All advice I see is to play cautiously and aim for the head (which I do lol) but I just feel I'm being farmed by the lvl 40-80 ppl I'm constantly qued against. I just find it weird that ppl say Siege is such a hard game to get into and thats why it's dying when this just feels so much more lol. https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/
