Why is my leecher level so high?

Hey people, i am really disappointed about what just happened. So my leecher level was 100% then i tried to fix that by commenting on topics that do not have to do with leach things. Then my leecher level went to plus 23. then i continued commenting on things that did not have to do with leach things. Then for some weird reason my leecher level went to plus 5 instead of getting higher on the plus side. Why? can someone pls help me? How can i make my leecher level better?
