Why aren't people using some kind of P2P to share leaked materals?

As far as I can see, it is mostly mega.nz or some other kind of centralized file sharing which are being used to share anything. But these are pretty slow and often banned. Why aren't anybody using bittorrent or something else to share files? It is (usually) faster, it can't be blocked.
