One peaceful day I open n.to and I see a notification. I see @ disliking my thread and I dont see any reasons for it. For this thing I gave him bad rep for disliking without giving a reason. He then messages me and says:

He didn't even contact me but he choosed to instantly dislike my thread...
Who is right and which is wrong?
