Which attack method is commonly used (and successful) on Minecraft servers?

Hi guys!
​I recently found a free paid booter on a forum. The first one was ddos.city and was 125gbps and the other one was routerslap which was 10gbps.
I'd like to know what is a good attack method for minecraft servers?
I want to get into some trolling and at the same time not get my ass tracked by the popo.
