Hii im a very young guy who is working out hard than every other 14 year old kid in my age.
Im 14 year old and im 50kg, and my goal is 60kg, my trainer in my gym said this would took me like 5 years :/ so i really want to gain f*cking mass, but what do i need to eat? i mean WHAT? do i need to eat a lot of eggs? a lot of rice? can anyone tell me correctly what REALLY i need daily ^^
