What tf is the point of Dominos cracked accounts if you need a 4 digit verification code?

There are a lot of Dominos cracked accounts circulating on the boards, and I'm just wondering exactly what the point is when you need a 4-digit verification email sent to the user's email in order to get either takeout or delivery? What do people use the accounts for if the final step to complete the order is fucking inaccessible? Someone please enlighten me, I'm super fucking frustrated and disappointed after almost getting a free medium-sized pizza. I called Dominos and asked if I could just show them the proof in person, but they told me that the order had to be done online in order for them to fulfill. Fucking bullshit.
