What should I tell the store?

Ok, so basically I'm doing a SE for a company, they gave me a prepaid label to ship to the product back to them, I've edited the label and I put a sportswear store address, but unluckily the store (sportswear store) refused to accept the envelope and UPS is going to deliver it again today to the same store.
I have their phone number, what y'all think i should tell them to convince them to accept the envelope?
