This is a very versatile and delicious pie recipe. You can add chocolate or buttercream frosting.
Prep.: 30 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes Servings: 12 servings
Ingredients:
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 ½ cups flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 pinch of salt
½ cup butter
1 cup white sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
4 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork
? cup of kefir
Instructions:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease a baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, soda and salt; postpone.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, beat butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Add bananas. Add the flour mixture alternately with the kefir to the whipped mixture. Stir in chopped walnuts. Pour the batter into the prepared mold.
Step 3:
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and place on a damp kitchen towel to cool.
