Believe it or not, but at the ripe age of 42 I have discovered quesadillas. Well, I'm from central Europe, so it's not such a popular food here & also I'm lying a little bit - I might have had it once or twice in my life.
But recently I discovered that I can make one (it's never one) at home simply with a tortilla wrap, a skillet, shedload of cheese and whatever else I want. Obviously, I had some with beans and fresh bell pepper. But I'm curious and want to get inspired.
So, what's your favourite thing to put into a nice, gooey quesadill? Bonus for sauces on the side.
