What do you do if your Dean's wont get back to you about a particularly shitty professor? (serious)

I have this professor who openly exclaims how much he despises teaching and his lectures are horrendous. I'm not sure what to do at this point I have to work incredibly hard in his class and it feels like a waste of tuition.
