What’s the best seafood for people who have never eaten seafood?

I really want to try sea food (especially crab legs) but I have never eaten seafood ever. I want to know what they taste like and what would go best with it. I like my food to be very seasoned so if any of yall happen to live in North Carolina what are some real good places to try as well. Thank you!
