So recently I've been using this new site and I've made (no bs) about $150 from it in a couple of weeks. You get paid per view, and per video watched, and the rates are better than Youtube (youtube requires 1000-2000 views to make $1, this requires about 750). There is no requirement to get your video monetised, you can from the minute you create your account.
They also do weekly competitions with $700 PayPal as prizes. Thats where I got some of my money, I won $50 in the CSGO clip competition.
You also get $1 on signup and $1 for every ref (chich is cool)
