I stumbled across this tool which basically checks whether or not a league username is available, and if it is, it'll tell you. If it's not, it'll tell you the date it will become available. This is great for seeing what "OG" usernames are open.. an example OG username being "Original" or just simply seeing if a username you would like to change to is available with a more in depth look on when it will be so you can be prepared for the date. This checker can check mass accounts as well.
