1- build a wp with namecheap easywp 2$/month
2- get a free theme and pay for 5-6 general "sexy meme" niche articles (fiver 3-4$ each) or write them yourself (boobs atract views).
3- make pinterest, adsense, 9gag, zapier accounts
4- automatize your pinterest with zapier from any RSS that gives images like reddit. put your link in those images and a catchy phrase.
5- upload the "sexy" memes to 9gag and upvote posts from the fresh section (make sure your profile pic is sexy) 9gag lets you put a profile description, put your site link there. THe meme title should be something catchy following a "lmao check my profile" kinda thing
6- play arround a bit to get the idea of what you are using.
7- make sure you upload 1 time a day on 9gag
8- relax as this is kind of a long journey.
9- as weeks go in, you will have more pinterest followers, and 9gag upvotes (viral memes can reach 15k upvotes, just go to reddit and steal there)

People see your meme, goes to your site link, sees ads from adsense.
People see your pinterest images and click on the link, sees your ad from adsense.

(just make sure there arent a lot of boobs or sexy related things or adsense will not deploy ads)

You can automatize a twitter and insta account too, choose what you like the most.
Repeat. You can do this with various niches.
