UploadOcean claims to pay $21 per 1000 download, but I've only got 22 cents from 41 downloads (should be getting double that). Yes, I have only got 41 downloads, but I don't want to work with a scam site that pays you half of what they claim. I'm not sure if this is a scam, may just be a problem that they have. If you are using UploadOcean, please tell me if it works or if you are getting the same problem.
