2. You'll have to apply, before you can start earning money. To do this, just fill all the information, and they'll ask you if you have any experience. Just write anything you know a little about, doesn't have to be true. E.g I wrote: I've wide range of social working experience. I've worked as a Market Manager, and a Customer Service Manager.
3. You'll then have to wait. They'll need to approve it. Usually it's around 1-3 days.However, it took me 1 hour.
4. You'll then start reviewing original calls, made by other people.
When you start reviewing calls, you'll have to answer some questions in the field, just click whatever you understood from the call. It's straight forward, you'll understand it. By gaining more experience in reviewing calls, you'll unlock higher perks, you'll then be able to earn more money.
