This method is simple and quick. Since I do not write very well in English would be difficult to make a written guide.

You can catch all the chests that you want directly from under the arena without being seen to complete the achivement Darkmoon dominator quickly!
Also, If you don't look ALL items then your name wont be yelled. Also keep in mind you must be level 85 to compleet the final quest for the heirloom. Addons like Cross Realm Assist also realy helpfull.
