Twitch Sub Bots, is it worth it?

So there is a service here where you purchase twitch subs, like 40$ in bots gets u 100$ in profit.
Now please tell me, is that even legit?
Like why would anyone sell them if they can make money themself ?
I know there's limits and all that shit, but that can get bypased for sure...
Explain plz
