1) Completely uninstall Vanguard from your system
2) Go to League of Legends folder and make shortcut for “leagueclient.exe”
3) Edit the shortcut to "C:\Riot Games\Riot Client\RiotClientServices.exe" --launch-product=league_of_legends --launch-patchline={pbe/live} --disable-patching --disable-self-update
4) Open client thru created shortcut, queue up and enjoy playing without Vanguard!
