First of all id like to start this guide by saying that I was playing fps games before.
I had about 2000 cs 1.6 hours and i came to the game knowing the basics.
The first rank i got from 10-wins was Gold Nova 3 and I was totally unhappy with that so I started the grind to get better.
To help ur aim get better, you should start playing deathmatch. The deathmatch I started playing was brutalcs.nu DM simply because there are better players than in Valves DM. I shot almost 100 frags every day with AK-47 and M4A1 and a couple of months, my aim was GODLIKE.
(also keep in mind that in cs games, if you want to have better aim you should put your sensitivity low as possible. Mine is 0.5 can't remember the DPI but its pretty slow)
Now for the other part, gamesense.
I cant really help you get gamesense since it comes by playing but i can help you with some tips.
First tip is to use ur headphones to hear when the enemy is coming since you can hear steps etc.
Second tip is to give info to your teammates when you see an enemy player somewhere on the map.
Third tip is to watch pro players play or just players better than you ex. Supremes or Globals.
Fourth tip is to play alot! And what I mean by alot is that you will surely improve if you keep playing.
