How to unlock sandbox mode for CoC:
You will need an application called XModGames:

IOS:
(Im not that farmiliar with iOS so i will just leave this link here)
Simple instructions:
Remember this is only for android at first visit the link for iOS for further instructions.
Your device HAS to be ROOTED/JAILBRAKED.
The attacks will NOT be saved on the servers.

Simple instructions:
- First of you will need a rooted (Jailbraked) device
- Click the download link above
- When downloaded open the apk
- Click install
- Open XModGames
- Search for CoC
- Click Install Mod
- Click Launch mod
- Open the little rocketguyicon
- Enable sandbox attacks
- attacking simply by visiting the one you want to attack
