Hi! I'm relatively new to the world of ttrpgs outside of D&D. I've liked what I've seen of 5e, but one of my major issues is that I find is that D&D's magic system leaves a little... something to be desired.
I've always liked the idea of a system that would allow for a player to "create" new spells. I'm thinking something along the lines of the manga witch hat atelier, where spells have elements that are combined in unique ways to create certain effects.
Is there any ttrpg that has that functionality? thank you!
