Prior to the controversial mass layoff of the support staff, it was incredible. Now with the current system, a bot sends you an automated message early in the morning hours and marks your ticket was resolved, even if it wasn't https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/ .
There was a time where you would be ONLINE and you would get a blue message box signifying an actual blizzard employee was messaging you to resolve the issue and they almost always ended it with a warcraft related joke. I never had an bad interaction.
Now? We have fully automated system incorrectly banning/silencing accounts due to mass reports from trolls. We have in game issues taking days and multiple tickets to be resolved.
Just got a little sad thinking about it. It's truly fallen from grace, it used to be a great experience.
