Tiktok $30 method?

Tiktok is running a $30 reffer someone and you both get cash. Ive done it previously and got $18 but Is there a way to just make multiple accounts and just have a money loop. Ive tried to make different accounts on the same device but can only use the main one running the campaign. Ive tried untinstalling/reinstalling/ using a vpn but still cant get passed it. I assume its HWID set but just need to spoof it? no android emulator seems to run tiktok well.
anyone trynna help figure out how to drain tiktoks cash?
