Thoughts on net neutrality

What are your thoughts on net neutrality? Do you think the act to end it is gonna pass? I personally don't believe so. There are millions of people on the internet everyday and it'd be foolish of them to want that right taken away so they're likely going to vote against it. I wanna hear your thoughts. What do you think is going to happen. And what about bitcoins value if it does pass. If your for it ending, id like to hear why that's so
