This sub has drastically decreased in quality

Less people are online and on the sub, so many people complaining about everything (I understand the irony) complaints and clips rule the front page instead of memes and ideas or concepts. I know I might be exaggerating a bit but seriously why is there such a decline in quality and posts (well good posts)?
