And when you are hungry you just go for the easy food that usually has higher food. So eat less food does not mean don't heat food. Watch what you eat.. eat food with less calories.
Exercising basically burns calories. But exercising also makes you hungry. So you can exercise more if you ate food with high calorie like sugary foods. Then you will get hungry and you can eat food with less calories to fill your hungriness.
