Yo, I recently found this anime called Gintama.
Its ongoing and free to watch at crunchyroll! (With great subs and annotations)
And oh boy it's awesome. It's a different take on Anime really, it's sometimes a parody on other popular ones and most of the times it's just comedy.
But like real good comedy. You will laugh a lot. It always does these unexpected things that other anime never had for me.
Check it out a bit, give it a good 10 episodes. I'm at 170-ish at the moment, and it still gets me everytime
