As you know if you SE fitbit a lot in chat some agents ask for the product back. Most times they ask you to sent them the pebble in an address they give you and fuck all your dreams instantly. So sure to SE from phone is the fastest way I agree but for those who SE from chat because they are afraid to talk to a person or they have a lot of people in the house and they are afraid of them hearing(I am currently dealing with this) let me give you a piece of advise that will help us all if you ever follow it.
After you hit end chat there is a very simple and brief survey. The thing is that fitbit agents always ask you to fill it in the chat for one and only reason. Their jobs are partially depended on it. so if someone receive a lot of negative feedback in a short time he will have a warning or he will change position, and if some agent receive a lot of good feedback he will be promoted or they will raise his salary or something good idk. This is a system we can all use to have higher success rates.
So if your agent is a return whore or he ask you photos and videos of the device you should immediately press end chat button and rate him with 1 star. If you are not in a hurry you can even add some spicy comments like he was very slow and unhelpful etc. this way your story will be more believable to higher up executives .
But the best part is that you can give some ++++ rep to the guys who don't ask you for anything and are always happy to give a form in your email. This way we can cultivate a culture of fear in the agents who will know that their pals who where return whores and uncooperative(with us) are searching for job and their other colleagues who made every SEer's wish true are their boss now.
This is my suggestion dear nulled members if you SE professionally this idea can give you a lot of $$$ in long term and it's really simple if you are bored you can just rate the agent and that's it, no need to write a word. It will take only 20secs from your life to earn more you and the whole fitbit SE community.
