Ok so i have been working for a hosting company
But the owner never replys to his skype (He says he is busy with his gf or at the gym or doing school work) or really does anything (his skype is always on away), I am thing about leaving as i am thinking about opening my own company but im worried that if i leave and my host does not work out the guy wont recruit me again (BTW IM A CO-CEO AND NETWORK TECHNICIAN AND SECURITY )
