State of the Meta (feel free to rant and vent out frustation)

I don't know if it's just me, but I think that league is at an all time low, I've played the game for over 8 season, (started ranked in season 3 but played norms in season 2) and in all honesty I think league is the least fun it's ever been. I'd like to know everyone's overall opinion on this matter and also a ranking of the most impactful role, to the least.
I'd rank it:
1. Jungle.
2. Support.
3. Mid.
4. Top (if playin' le good tank)
5. Adc.
