Soo guys i played lol and then my pc turn off when i start to turn it on i got some weird shit on it

It's just sit like this with this line's and stuff i tryed to use integral graphic instead and same shit again so i moved to my other pc and put my hdd ram and same shit again i even tryed to restart BIOS and nothing happens...
