You can easily complain about all sorts of mental health issues, but I think most cases are fixed by the following things (of course this is my opinion)
So I'll be straightforward with the tips:
1. Go sporting for 30 mins 3 times a week
2. Don't do drugs
3. Don't watch porn
4. Don't get drunk more than 2 times a week
5. Don't use social media for more than 1 hour a day
6. Don't drink energy drinks
7. Go outside some times
These things may seem obvious but if you forget one of them you're basically screwed
Again, this is my opinion (although most things are backed up with science) and you don't have to agree with it.
If this doesn't work and you don't know what does, look for professional help
