This is a Logistic Hub Parcel's Management System. This is a simple web-based application project which is the main purpose is to provide an automated platform for logistic hubs to manage and track parcels records. This application was developed to give IT/CS students or new self-taught programmers an idea of how to develop such a mini-project. The source code can be modified easily if you are planning to develop a wide scope of logistic management systems. This has a simple user interface and user-friendly functionalities.

About the Logistic Hub Parcel's Management System

This Logistic Hub Parcel's Management System allows system users to store the list of logistic carriers or couriers and list of the parcels types. The system users are in charge also of populating the list of parcels. The parcels require some relevant details such as the tracking code and sender/receiver details. The application tracks the changes or updates of each parcel which will be listed on each parcel's view page.

How to Run

Requirements

• Download and Install any local web server such as XAMPP/WAMP.
  
• Download the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)
  

Installation/Setup

1. Open your XAMPP/WAMP's php.ini
   
   file and uncomment the sqlite3. Then, save the file.
   
2. Open your XAMPP/WAMP's Control Panel and start Apache.
   
3. Extract the downloaded source code zip file.
   
4. If you are using XAMPP, copy the extracted source code folder and paste it into the XAMPP's "htdocs" directory. And If you are using WAMP, paste it into the "www" directory.
   
5. Browse the Logistic Hub Parcel's Management System in a browser. i.e.
   Loading…

   localhost
   .
