Should I change my sens

I played on 1.8 to 2.2 sens(400 dpi) for like half a year then I became really shit for some reason so I changed it to 2.8. I took a break as well so I'm not sure what actually helped but I think I became a bit better but idk. I feel like I was probably more accurate with deagle and stuff but I'm not even sure.
