She has a boyfriend, How do I continue

So basically there's this girl, We met at a friends party last friday for the first time and she's just so awesome, she's chill, she let's me be me and she gives me a feeling I haven't felt in a long time. Almost feels like She's attracted to me but she has a boyfriend. We went to a halloween party and her boyfriend was in the kitchen, and she was on the couch and I was vibin' to the music and she held her arms out and said "Come sit with me I need someone". And I went and sat with her, we cuddled on the couch and it felt amazing, She was warm and soothing, in that moment I had no other worries, then my friends came by and said "Maybe you should stop hogging x's girlfriend". So I apologized to the guy, he seemed chill about it and all but I feel like because I apologized she's steered away from me and all this other shit. I don't know how to do my next steps. I've told people and they said it sounds like she's bored of her bf and all that, but the fact stands that she is in a relationship and I refuse to make any moves on her until that isn't a thing anymore. I know from past experiences that I shouldn't wait but she is just different, she is the first girl to act the way she does and makes me feel the way I do. I don't know what to do from this point and I feel empty inside since that night.
