Shared licenses, Scam or not?

Does anybody here have experience with so-called shared licenses for Cpanel, Directadmin WHMCS and so on? Are theese a scam or do the sites selling this actually deliver a working product? Ive found two sites that have good reviews on trustpilot, but that could ofcourse be fakes. Do you know any of them ( serverlicenses.com and sharedlicense.com)?
