Setting up a RAT? (proxpn problem)

So I'm trying to set up my plasma rat to work and to mine some ethereum on bots but i cant get it working. I can't port forward bcs my isp blocks it but that's not the problem, I've read like 20 tutorials which said to use proxpn and that you dont need to portforward with it, and I just have no fucking idea if it is fake or my computer is odd or wtf. I've set up my no-ip dns (yes i know noip=feds, ill take care of that once i can fucking get it to work atleast [...]" I'm 100% sure the vpn is working because on canyouseeme.org it displays my vpn ip... Any clue what to do?
