Sentry MBA cracks accounts that need to recover password?

Hey folks, so recently i got like literally more than half of accounts that needs recover passsword i can log in into the lol website but it doesnt let me to do anything further, how do i fix that the sentry mba wouldnt crack that kinda accounts ? and would crack only which i can access without password recovery ?
