According to Current Cooldowns (Universal CD Tracker) lib
Known Bug：SummonerDot Cooldown is incorrect
correct time = 210s
champion:GetSpellData(SUMMONER_X).cd = 180s ↠S2 Data
Please rename AkaliQ.png→Akali_Q.png
