Okay, I was downloading something and I realize that I clicked the wrong download and I end up running a ransomware. I quickly open an antivirus and attempt to delete all the files from it before it spreads. I go to sleep and none of my files are encrypted when I wake up, I take a nap for about an hour then I come back and I notice that all my files are encrypted. I look everywhere online if there is a decryption tool and I can't find anything. All of my important music files, pictures and other documents are encrypted with a .stn file name and I have no clue how to unencrypt them. I see there are decryption tools for other ransomeware such as WannaCry and 777 but none of them work for .stn because it says it doesn't know the file name. How can I get back my files?
Edit: And sadly no I have no backups and no system restores or previous versions of folder that I can restore too.
