Sad Satan Virus Help.

Technically this is a game from the deep web, I played trough the whole thing because I was curious of what it was, and today I found out that it contains a lethal virus that scans your files. So I'm just asking for help on how to get rid of this virus (and yes I tried antivirus programs, and no you should not go looking for this game, because it's a horrible game and whoever person who made it deserves to burn in hell because of what he possibly did)
