Revenge or recoup

are there any good Samaritans in here tired of the rippers and people scamming other people willing to help get revenge on someone who scammed me? I simply dont understand the nature of being in a place that everyone i trying to get at the big picture, take from the gov and wealthy (robinhood if you will) and theres people around that still feel like just taking from the people on the same damn team. I dont mind people who charge for their knowledge, i get that, but why be an asshole and scam your own kind, fellow scammers.
